​What an absolutely incredible weekend! We are still smiling (and brushing off cat hair) after seeing so many feline enthusiasts, amazing vendors, and feline experts come together for Louisiana Cat Fest 2026.

Whether you travelled across the state, showed off your kitty costume, shopped the local vendor booths, or learned something new at our workshops, you made this year our best event yet.

 

2026 Highlights & Whiskers

Thanks to your incredible support, this year we achieved some amazing milestones together:

• A Full House: We welcomed our largest crowd of cat lovers to date! Over 800 people attended the festival.

• Community Impact: Together, we raised vital awareness and funds for local feline rescues and shelters. Your support directly helps us:

  • Provide lifesaving care for critically ill cats in urgent need.

  • Make veterinary treatment more affordable for families facing financial hardships.

  • Fuel groundbreaking research into feline diseases to find better treatments and cures.

• Adoption Magic: Multiple rescue kitties found their forever homes right here at the fest!
